A WhatsApp that will not restore, e-mails that stopped arriving, a full iCloud, a stuck update: most phone problems are about settings and accounts, not hardware. I come to your home and sort them out with you, on iPhone and Android alike.
What I sort out on your phone
- WhatsApp: backup, transfer to a new phone, change of number.
- E-mail: setting up your mailbox, rejected password, messages that no longer arrive.
- iCloud and Apple ID: full storage, photos, backup, forgotten password.
- Updates: stuck update, lack of space, apps that no longer open.
- New phone: transfer of your contacts, photos, apps and settings from the old one, including Android to iPhone or the other way round.
- Connections: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, car, watch, printer, Google account.
- Getting started: a lesson at your home to feel at ease with your device.
iPhone, iPad or Android: the same service
I work on iPhones and iPads, and on Android phones and tablets (Samsung, Google Pixel, Xiaomi and other brands). I work on your own device, with your accounts, and I write down with you any password we recover or change, so you stay independent after my visit.
What I don't do
I do no hardware repairs: a cracked screen, a battery, a charging port or a phone dropped in water are a job for a repair shop, and I tell you so on the phone. Nor do I bypass a forgotten passcode or an activation lock: only the owner can lift those, with their credentials or proof of purchase, through the official Apple, Google or manufacturer procedure. I can, however, guide you through that procedure.

Frequently asked questions
Do you really come to my home for a phone problem?
Yes. A WhatsApp transfer, a mailbox to set up again or a full iCloud are much easier to sort out on site, with your devices and passwords at hand. The rate is the same as for any visit: CHF 84 per hour, final price, one-hour minimum, travel included within the canton of Geneva.
Do you repair cracked screens or smartphone batteries?
No. I do not do hardware repairs on phones. For a screen, a battery or a charging port you need a repair shop. I handle everything on the software side: accounts, settings, apps, backups and transfers.
I forgot my phone's passcode. Can you unlock it?
I do not bypass a passcode or an activation lock. If you are the owner, the official route goes through your Apple or Google credentials, or your proof of purchase. I can guide you through it and get the phone working again afterwards.
