Smartphone lessons at your home in Geneva

A new phone you only use a tenth of, a move from Android to iPhone, an app everyone uses except you: I come to your home for a one-to-one lesson, on your own phone and on what is actually useful to you.

What we can cover together

A tailored lesson, not a syllabus

There is no set syllabus and no package to buy. You tell me what you want to be able to do, and we do it together, on your phone, until you can do it on your own. One lesson is often enough for a specific question. These lessons are for any age; for more gradual support, see also IT help for seniors, and for the computer, computer lessons at home.

What these lessons are not

This is neither a group class nor a course with a certificate: it is a private lesson, at your home. For e-banking and payment apps, I show you how they work, but your codes stay yours: I do not write them down and I do not type them for you.

Tell me what you would like to be able to do with your phone on 078 733 94 96, and we'll book a lesson at your home.

Frequently asked questions

I have just moved from Android to iPhone. Can you help me find my way around?

Yes, in either direction. The gestures, the settings and the names of the apps change, but everything you used to do is still possible. I show you the equivalents of your habits and check that your contacts, photos and chats came across.

Do I need a recent phone to take a lesson?

No. We work on your phone as it is. If it is too old for an app you want to use, I tell you and we look at what is still possible.

Can the lesson be about a single app?

Yes. Many lessons cover one topic: WhatsApp, photos, TWINT or the SBB app. You choose the content; there is no syllabus to follow.
