IT help for seniors at home in Geneva

A smartphone you hardly dare touch, a computer that feels intimidating, a tablet received as a gift and never really used: I come to your home, just you and me, at your pace, to make it simple. No jargon, no group workshop, no lesson that goes too fast.

What I do with you

An individual service, not a group class

There are good free workshops for getting started with computers. That is not what I offer: I come to your home, one-to-one, to solve your specific problems and show you the gestures that actually serve you day to day — at your pace, with no other participants, with no fixed class schedule.

Frequently asked questions

How many sessions does it take to feel comfortable with a smartphone?

It depends on the person, but 2 to 3 one-hour sessions are usually enough for everyday use (calls, photos, WhatsApp). No imposed package: we go at your pace, and we stop when you feel comfortable.

Do you offer group classes?

No, only individual sessions at home. It is different from a free group workshop: everything is centred on your devices and your needs, without having to keep up with other participants.

What if my parent is afraid of breaking the computer or the phone?

It is a very common and legitimate worry. I take the time to explain without jargon, I write down the important steps with you, and I reassure: in normal use, it is very hard to damage a device by clicking in the wrong place.
