One single, clear rate, no surprises
Launch rate
All inclusive. Travel included throughout the canton of Geneva.
This launch rate is valid for a limited time: take advantage of it while it lasts.
The terms, in full transparency
- Minimum billed: 1 hour. Beyond that, billing is pro rata to the time spent.
- Travel included throughout the canton of Geneva.
- Visits during business hours. For an emergency outside these hours, call me: I assess your request and tell you what is possible.
- Price stated before the visit. Over the phone, I give you an estimate of the time needed. If the situation turns out to be more complex on site, we talk about it before continuing — never a surprise invoice.
- Hardware extra, only if needed and with your agreement (for example a Wi-Fi extender or a cable). I recommend suitable equipment, not the most expensive.

Frequently asked questions about the rate
Is travel really included, even far from the city centre?
Yes, throughout the canton of Geneva, with no surcharge, as stated on this page.
What happens if the visit takes more than an hour?
Time beyond the first hour is billed pro rata, never rounded up to the next hour against you.
And if the visit takes less than an hour?
The minimum billed remains 1 hour, as stated above — it is the only slightly rigid rule of the rate, but it is announced in advance, before the visit.
How much does a simple diagnosis cost if you can't fix anything on site?
The hourly rate also applies to the diagnosis. If the problem requires a service I cannot provide at home (for example data recovery after a physical failure), I tell you before billing anything more.
