IT help for family caregivers and legal guardians in Geneva
A parent, a sibling, someone you are the legal guardian or representative for: when technology becomes a source of difficulty or risk for someone you support, I can step in on their behalf, with a clear framework for you.
A clear framework, whatever your role
- Quote given in advance, no surprises.
- Invoice addressed to whoever books the visit — you, your office or your service — not to the person being supported.
- Written report after every visit, reusable in your files.
- No sales pitch made to the person concerned.
- One single point of contact, no call centre, no ticket.
You are a family member
Sibling, child, parent or trusted neighbour. You can see that technology is making life harder for someone you care about, but you are not always there, available, or comfortable with the technical side. No legal protection measure is needed to call me: the visit can be arranged remotely, even from another canton, and you receive the report even if you were not present.
You are a professional guardian or representative
A private guardian appointed by the Adult and Child Protection Authority, a professional guardian, a lawyer, a notary, a fiduciary, or a social service staff member. The invoice is addressed to your office or your service, and the written report can be filed as is in your periodic reports. If you entrust me with several cases, you keep one single point of contact for all of them.
What I do on site
- Setup of the smartphone, tablet or computer.
- Security against common scams (fake tech support, phishing, fake calls).
- Help with online administrative tasks when needed.
- Everyday repairs: Internet, Wi-Fi, printer, TV.
- Plain explanations for the person, without judgment or jargon.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an official mandate to contact you?
No, if you are a family member: you can simply get in touch. If you are a professional guardian or representative, mention it when you contact me so the invoice is addressed to your office or service.
How does invoicing work for a person under guardianship?
The invoice is addressed to whoever books the visit — you, your office or your service — never directly to the person being supported, unless you specifically ask for that.
Will I receive a report on the visit?
Yes, a written report after every visit, whether you were present or not, that you can use as is in your periodic reports.
Can the visit happen without me being there?
Yes. You arrange the appointment, I go to the person concerned, and I send you the report afterwards — even if you are in another canton or abroad.
